Quotations

Quotations are made subject to a vehicle suiting the hires requirements being available at the time of acceptance. Quotations are based on costs prevailing at the time and in accordance with details provided by the hirer. Unless stated otherwise, admission charges, meals, accommodation and parking charges for special events are not included in the price quoted. Quotations are valid for 28 days from the date of issue or for any other period specified in writing.

Seating capacity

The hirer must not load any vehicle beyond the number of passengers which it is legally permitted to carry.

Route and time variation

Should a vehicle be detained by the hirer or taken on a longer journey than contracted for, the company reserves a right to make an additional charge to commensurate with the costs incurred. The driver is the sole judge of the reasonableness of any request for a change in route or time (subject to compliance with EU drivers’ hours and working time directive). In any event the vehicle(s) will depart at the times agreed with the hirer and the company will not be liable for any loss or injury sustained by any passenger who fails to board a vehicle at the appointed time.

Conduct of passengers

The driver is responsible for the safety of the vehicle. Any passengers whose conduct is in breach of the statutory regulations may be removed from a vehicle or prevented from boarding on the drivers’ discretion. The hirer will be responsible for the conduct of passengers and for any damage or mess caused to the vehicle by passengers during the hire.

Deposit

A deposit may be necessary to cover cleaning and damage costs, this will be discussed upon booking.

Payments

For all non- school related bookings, a full payment must be made no later than 24 hours before travel  (unless by prior arrangement) Failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled.

We accept cheques (must be cleared 24 hours prior to travel), bank transfer and payment in person.

PLEASE NOTE 

Adults over the age of 18 MUST be sat in a position to cover ALL emergency exits and doors, whilst the vehicle is in motion.
